Locally owned and operated, Parallel Vision Child Care was founded by Jazmin Duran after over a decade in local childcare. She saw families in our community repeatedly face unreliable caregivers, long waitlists, poor communication, and inflexible options—leaving kids without consistent support. Determined to fix this, Jazmin created a small, dedicated service rooted in real experience: clear communication, steady routines, and personalized care that aligns with your family's values and goals. We partner closely with local families to build trust, nurture children, and strengthen our community.

We employ a dedicated team of professional nannies, allowing families to build relationships with multiple trusted caregivers rather than relying on one sole nanny. While long-term care partnerships and personalized nanny selection are always available, the team-based model creates a dependable network of support when life happens — such as illness, scheduling changes, or unexpected needs — helping families maintain stability and dependable care.

At Parallel Vision Child Care, all nannies are hired directly through the company, allowing families to enjoy a seamless, well-supported experience. The company handles payroll and tax responsibilities, ensuring full compliance and simple administration for families.
Every caregiver is thoroughly vetted, completes a PBSA-accredited background screening, participates in ongoing training, and maintains current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications to uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and quality care. Parallel Vision Child Care also maintains all required insurances to protect both families and caregivers.
