With over 12 years of hands on experience, Jazmin brings both heart and intention to her work. Her background includes roles as a Behavior Technician, educator, and nanny, along with experience in caregiver placement and hiring. This combination allows her to understand both sides of care, what families need and what caregivers need in order to feel supported and successful.

Jazmin is deeply committed to building a company that values people first. She focuses on creating meaningful matches between families and caregivers, supporting her team as they grow, and fostering environments where children can thrive emotionally and developmentally. She has a special passion for supporting children with diverse needs and meeting each child with patience, empathy, and respect.

As a Bay Area native and Psychology student at California State University East Bay, Jazmin continues to bring both personal experience and ongoing learning into the foundation of the company. Her vision for Parallel Vision Child Care is simple: to grow with care, build strong relationships, and create a community where families and caregivers feel truly supported.
